Technical support for SmartBuild products is provided Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST (9:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST). The SmartBuild Support Team strives to respond to all NON-EMERGENCY support requests within 24 hours of the time they are received. Non-emergency requests received on Fridays will be responded to no later than the following Monday.
